Welcome to PRAXIS CBT

As advised in previous communications, registration with PRAXIS has been suspended for new entrants subject to a review of the future sustainability of the training package. I would now like to inform you that as a result of this review, it has been determined the product no longer meets market standards, and as such is no longer viable or compatible with other training products that are now available.

In view of this, it has been agreed that PRAXIS will no longer accept new registrations, and plans will be put in place to close PRAXIS down. For existing students a time period of six months will be given to allow students to compete the module they are currently undertaking. This will require all students who wish to submit assignments a deadline of 1 March 2018, by which time all work must be submitted. Please note that any work submitted after this date will not be processed or marked.

It should also be noted that the previous commitment given to postgraduate students of Newcastle University School of having the opportunity to enrol with a PRAXIS module at any time within 5 years of graduation will be honoured and resources will continue to be made available to allow the students concerned to take this opportunity if they so wish.

We would like to thank everybody who has contributed to making PRAXIS the valuable training resource that it has proved to be over the last 13 years.
